Bee, I know exactly how you feel, I am the same. I start sweating at the thought of it, and I have been known to burst into tears or throw up during a jab.

What has helped for me is confessing my fears - I tell the nurse what a wuss I am and they are usually really helpful - they let you lie down, or they keep you chatting while they do it. It makes all the difference. being brave and keeping it quiet is not an option
