I'm getting really hacked off now..... I've been really good this week, and believe me, I have enough practice at sieting to know how to do it - I'm eating all the same stuff I always eat on a diet and I'm still heavier than I was on Friday!!
Not only that, my car broke down so I can;t get to my gym...
So I decided to do lots of walking and cycling and floor exercises at home, or cycle to the gym if need be......
And today I fell over on the stairs at work and banged my wrist bone. It hurts so much that chopping carrots made me go green, let alone doing press ups in the lounge!
Is the world determined to make me fat?????
