Right, I've not only decided that I need a bike but I also want an exercise vid to do at home.
Which ones do you guys use and which would you recommend?
To give you an idea of the stuff I like, I enjoy aerobics, step aerobics, boogying and badminton - not that I can see how that would help but anyway....!
