Congratulations on your pregnancy, like you say on your site, heaven blessed you and that's something to be happy about!

As for planning a wedding in a month, no problem! Your date is out of the middle of wedding season so there still should be people available.

As for asking other people to pay for it / help with the expense, you might find that harder. Most people save and struggle to pay for their own weddings, without contributing towards someone elses.

We had a baby first too, our own choice, and have been engaged for five years whilst we got the money / time / inclination together to plan our dream wedding. I personally wouldn't dream of asking other people for money for my wedding day. You don't have to spend / plan a massive wedding, you can get married in a registry office for around £150 if it's the 'being married' that's the most important thing.
