Not sure about flowers as I dont have step-parents but normally I'd guess you should include your step-family with buttonholes and corsages. Especially as you are all close etc.
I am not giving corsages etc to peoples boyfriends or girlfriends. Only giving them to wives etc. But its up to you what you do there. I doubt they would expect you to provide them with buttonholes etc.

I am sure your jewellery will be fine. Sounds gorgeous! If you are unsure about the changes, call the lady back. A bride is allowed to change her mind millions of times!

I'd start looking at wedding rings now. I am an odd size and mine took about 6 weeks to come in stock. Better to be safe as your wedding isnt far off at all.

As for panicking! Delegate tasks if poss, write down what needs doing, what is sorted etc. Enjoy your planning as the wedding goes by so quickly.
