You wouldn't be a bad person at all. Whether you have this date or not really will come down to how strongly you feel about it and your views and opinions on religion and death the after life ect.

The way I would look upon it is a celebration of life as they say for every passing there is life and would this not be the same with your marriage it is the start of life together as Husband and Wife.

You will never please everyone and im sure someone will think its wrong but at the end of the day you have to be true to yourself and your H2B and I am sure the people in your life that really count and matter to you will support you all the way.
