I made mine too. I went to Hobbycraft, bought a large picture frame and some card that was in our colour scheme, then mounted the listings of who was on each table (which I printed from the PC) on different coloured card than the background. Then I bought some little material love hearts (also from HC), painted a clear glitter paint on them and stuck them around and in between the table listings. Voila!
