It's one of those weeks when there have been weight gains, i think, which have disgruntled people.

I just want to say that you were all great with me last week when I was ready to quit and your support paid off - I dieted like a demon this week and finally lost a bit.

So please don't reach for the lard - stay with it!!!! Everyone has bad weeks and weeks where they inexplicably gain despite dieting! Next week you'll lose loads to compensate!!!!
