i had the same problem with mine which were also Katz shoes, im normally a size 4-5 so ordered a size 5 thinking they would be fine and they were far too tight accross the toes so i had to have a 6 !
i think they are really small fittings. so some advice for people buying Katz shoes get the next size up to what you usually wear.
are you going to send them back for the next size cupid. i did that with mine and they are sooooo much better and comfier
