We're giving favours only to the female day guests, so we have managed to go for something quite different......we're having Jaguar XK8 convertible models (we both LOVE them) and Stealth aircraft models (H2B has just passed is private pilot's licence) and we're having them done up in our wedding colours (blue and ivory) and decorated with our personal number plates (a7lyg and b17lyg) and "just married" and little miniature boots and cans etc tied to the back to make them look like going away transportation, We're having them put in boxes decorated with flowers and ribbon and the pic of us that is on the front of our invites (stationer is doing it all). At night we're giving all the females there a scroll with a poem and the pic of us from the invites on it, thanking them for coming and asking them to keep it as a momento of the day - these will be tied with ribbon to a tiny bag of that stuff you throw over the bride and groom (can't say the "c" word!) which we'll ask them to keep and throw over us during the last dance of the night........
