I was and still am a bit a sun worshiper I have olive skin and dark hair, but have had two moles removed and as I get older I get them checked out regular.
when young I used olive oil and vinegar to tan and subeds for an hour a day when i was 17.
30% only of your skins make up is genetic the rest is enviromental, I now am very consious how daily that i look after myself in the sun my moisuteriser has a spf and vitamins that's all they need same for my body lotion.
I have to say that when looking at bridal mags and famous brides I know posh spice uses st tropez but other are relativley pale and look lovely
I to want to look healthy but I will not use a sunbed,
I will
Exfoliate regular and moisture face and body
drink plenty water
take milk thistle and well woman tablets been taking these for 2 months now
If in sun wear a sun cream even over here
this way I shall look natural and glowing I prefer to have kylie minogue kind of radiance than posh spice.
I have to say I had a st tropez at christmas and wasn't overly pleased they exfoliate you and then apply it lasted about 4 days and I have olive skin then it went patchy. My friend also had one done for a weddign and wasn't struck.
I would and think of having a Clarins fake tan very natural as it works with your own tones of skin. So this would be my option
sorry if this goes on but my close freind is a beauty therapist and the other is a nutitionist.
