Don't focus on the amount of weight you have to lose. Take it in small chunks (that's what I have to do) and by changing to a healthier diet will make you feel tons better after just a few days
As for stress etc, is there anything you can cut back on? Maybe go on a break somewhere to relax? I'm not sure what's possible but hope it works out for you
