New Year - New Start
Hi all!
Well 2008 has been going now for nearly a month & even though I didn't go back to weight watchers, due to many factors, I have been trying to lose some weight, but more importantly get fitter!
Since the new year, I have been going to Water Aerobics once a week, and I am trying to walk wherever possible. Saturday's as a family we try to do some sort of activity ie go for a walk, swim etc.
This past week, I have joined up for the Race for Life again & have also decided to set myself a new challenge so I will be doing the Swimathon 2008.
With regards to weight loss, I have managed to lose 9lb so far & also drop 2 dress sizes which I am really chuffed about, as I can not remember myself being a size 12 for i don't know how long!
Hopefully it will continue, but finally I am starting to like myself again, which to me is the biggest goal that I will ever achieve!
If you've read all of these, then you deserve a celery stick!!
