Default Wish me luck

As you know the docs gave me a go with the fat eating tablets and today I'm at the docs. The tablets work great - if you eat fat! Thing is our diet is so low in fat my weight loss has been a lot less than most other peoples. Most people go on these tablets and immediately lower the amount of fat they eat. Naturally they lose a lot of weight - A, because they've cut out a lot of fat in their diet anyway and B, because the tablets take care of the rest of it. I couldn't reduce the fat in my diet at all. Daily guidlelines are for 70g of fat and on an average day I have 20g without cutting anything out.

So my weight loss on them is never going to be the half a stone in a week that many people get. I haven't been since before Christmas. I made sure I had plenty of tablets to see me through. I have to have lost a percentage of my body weight to stay on them and have been cowardly and not gone in case they take me off them because I've not lost enough. I figured if I had plenty of tablets I could hopefully leave my apointment longer and have lost the percentage I need to lose to stay on them. But I'm at the docs for HRT check today and I know he'll weigh me so today will be the decider on if I can have more or not.

I so hope I've lost the bit more I needed to lose to stay on them. I'd lost half a stone before Christmas on them so they're obviously working just a lot slower than with other people. If I can't have anymore of them I dunno what to do next as my weight just stands still otherwise. I can't cut anything else out of my diet and I still can't do proper exercise at the moment.

I think I had to lose another 5lb to be able to stay on them so please wish me luck
