Help
Following on from my thread earlier I need some help with regards to food.
I know that I have to take in enough nutrients to keep splodge and I fed but I just need some guidence as to what to choose. Im ok at fruit (eat about 3 pieces a day) and I always have 2 veg with my dinner. My problem really is that since becoming pregnant I cant seem to fill myself and when I feel hungry I start getting nausious <sp>. What healthy things can I nibble on to stop this??
Another thing I know Im RUBBISH at is portion size, any advice please?
I'd really appreciate any help / advice you have for me as I need to do something x x
