Default Wedding fitness/beauty

Hi all

I havent posted here in a while been a very busy lady but just wanting some opinions on a few ideas i have.

as some of you know i work self employed as a personal trainer. i currently do it in a gym although i would like to branch out to home visits etc. and one area which i think has massive potential is the wedding/bridal market, ie. wedding fitness.

Looking back on preparing for your own wedding, would you pay for a personal trainer to get you in shape for your big day? Would you take out a package in the weeks leading up to the wedding, or a one off programme? would you prefer to go to a gym, or the local park, or the comfort of your own home? would you need a nutrition plan to go with that? bearing in mind that these days some couples include gym membership/personal training in the wedding budget, how much money would you be prepared to lay aside for such a service? with regard to beauty and pampering. Would you think it was convenient that the personal trainer was also qualified in beauty and body therapy and could provide you with all your beauty/pampering needs leading up to the big day, including skincare, relaxation, massage, hen weekend pampering, and all the beauty requirements on the day?

Sorry for all the questions folks, im just trying to get a bit of feedback. im thinking about going back to college to do a beauty therapy course and basically furthering my personal training business by setting up a bridal/wedding fitness and beauty service, either mobile or maybe at a salon and i just want some feedback from brides themselves.

Hope everyones well..been reading a few of the posts in this forum and it looks like you are all doing well..keep up the hard work!! xxx
