So excess skin does exist!!!
I thought I'd created that term myself.
When I was preggers, I got so many stretch marks it was unbelievable (hence no bare bump pics!).
Now the baby's out, it's all gone flop and the stretched skin is still there. Delightful picture, eh?
I don't think I can do what megan's suggested above due to time, though. I could do some of it though.
Once I'm back at work, I can do a running club with the kids - that'll make one session of cardio stuff.
Are personal trainers ridiculously expensive? Can i do a collection?
