I was worried to death about trying on dresses but it really wasn't that bad.

First I went to Virgin Bride in London and then to Pronuptia at Hatton Garden.

The level of service was brilliant-the assistants were really understanding and not at all judgemental.

My only gripe was that most of the samples were sizes 10-14 so nearly everything had to be 'pinned' on to me which I found a bit demoralising!

The assistants actually agreed with me when I said about the UK population being size 16+ etc. They wish they had larger sample sizes too as it would make their job easier to do!
