Sew and So sell rug kits at a decent price also, and Hobby Craft are probably the cheapest of the lot as you don't have to pay P&P (they had a huge selection the last time I looked in the local store). QVC are cheap on the face of it, but the P&P is pricey and they are much slower than Sew and So.
