Sounds absolutely brilliant - San Diego is just lovely - do make sure you visit Seaworld and the world famous (their words, not mine) San Diego Zoo - it is truly amazing!
As for the rest of the honeymoon, i'm in awe. You will have such a fantastic time!
Make sure you take lots of piccies and post them when you get back.
