Let's get the ball rolling!
Today's weight was 9st13lb.
My ideal weight would be 9st (I'm only 5'4) but would be happy to get to 9st7lb by July.

I really can't face typing how much I weigh (not in denial, I know I'm over weight!!) but I out weigh all of you!
My goal is to be a size 22-24 by this time next year. I'm a size 30 now.

I quite like that Cariad, otherwise there's Ab-Flab (a bit like the TV show!)

OK - deep breath- 11,5lb today, but did get to 11,3lb a couple of weeks ago. I was 13 stone this time last year and aim to be 10 stone. If I get to 9,7lb I will be delighted but I'm not a thin type of person so will hopefully stablise at 10. I'm swimming 30 lengths tonight.

I'm 9st 13lbs like yourself at the moment.
Was a bit shocked actually as when I got married I was 8st 12.
Have put on over a stone in 10 months. Ouch!!!!
I'm 5ft 2ins.
Want to be 9st dead by the time I go on holiday in four weeks but refuse to crash diet. Have got out all my Weight Watcher booklets. If anyone wants to know the point values of anything, i'll do my best to help.

I will just look odd if I lose too much weight cos my boobs don't change! I'm a 34E making me a size 14 top but wear 12's (and now sometimes 10's ) bottoms. Thankfully, I have quite an hourglass figure once the eyes get past my bust so my waist always looks small!

Hi,
I have completely the opposite problem.
My top half is generally 10/12.
My bottom however is absolutely huge. It's been a running joke in my family for years and my husband saw fit to mention it in his wedding speech (although he did run it by me first - bless).
Every skirt or pair of trousers/shorts I buy have to be a size bigger and then the waist taken in coz my hips are about 39 ins and my waist is more than 10 inches smaller.
Nightmare.
Oh well, hubby likes it and I can live with it.

Last July I weighed 8 stone 2lb and was a size 10 (I'm only 5'2)
Since then I have put on over a stone and weigh 9 stone 4lbs.
Want to get to 8stone 5lbs before it gets too hot so I can wear last years clothes!

*Ahem*.....seeing as we're all being so honest here....I'm stuck at 15 and 3/4 at the mo.....did go down to 13 and a half a few years ago.....but what with being so happy n all that....I've been a pig......
That whole "only eat when you're depressed" doesn't seem to work with me......*doesn't need any excuses*....
I dunno what I wanna be when I tie the knot.....got about 2 years to go tho before we can afford it.....soooo.....
I'm not that miserable about being overweight.....the thing I don't like is being blatantly lazier the more weight I put on.....anyone else found that?

Know exactly what you mean Lottie about getting lazier - found it's more since I switched from C******* to MGW though - I sjust sit on my backside ALL night now !
Ok, now to admit it to myself I'm 11 8. Over two and a half stone heavier than when I met Martin two years ago but I guess that is what happens when you are happy (and pack up smoking!)
I'm having my last cheat tonight and will start properly tomorrow (does anyone else seem to always be saying this?)

OH TRACEY!!!
You can stick the bread though, I don't do butties, never liked 'em.
I DO like Diet Coke though and tend to have that when I have a snack urge as it fills me up a bit on a lot less cals. It was my saviour when I was 11.5st a few years back. That and working on the 4th floor but making a point of using the stairs!
