I'm treating today as "base camp"!! I've done the weigh in and I'll see if I can do 3 hours propoer exercise between now and next Friday - might be tricky as I'm going home for the week, but I can always go for long walks on the beach!
Fingers crossed!

go ona monday or tuesday - soooooo relaxing and feel hurts the next day - my kinda exercise (have big boobs so jumping up and down is not for me ...... and realy hurts too.
.... and feel free to crack your whip at me (ina non pervy sense you understand) cos I need it
Sazzle - speaking as an 'E' cup, I can thoroughly recommend the sports bra that Anna Kournikova advertises but go for impact level 4. (Can't think what it is called! )
I got mine off www.figleaves.co.uk and if it is your first order you get £5 off and it arrived next day!!
I do step and aerobics - if I go for high impact or jogging I wear a sporty crop vest thing too to be on the safe side!

thanks Laurie... will go an have a look at that.
Sports bra / tops normally are a trauma cos have to fight to get it over head (none of the bra ones fit as a 'G' cup) and its not a pretty sight in the changing rooms with me flailing around arms stuck in bra attached to head !!!!
That website is great - cant believe they have matching sets in my size too that dont cost a fortune. This sounds like an advert now doesnt it??? I wnet all cheesy for a minute...
Also check out www.bravissimo.co.uk which is where I got my wedding undies. If you live near Manchester or Birmingham they also have a shop. The other great thing about Bravissimo is that they do a vest with little spaghetti straps with a built in bra in all different colours - they are ace!
