when I kiss you goodnight I will
hold you a little tighter, a little longer. It is then, that I will thank
God for you, and ask him for nothing,
I try not to buy them - chocolate, crisps, biscuits.
Cheese is the worst one...but generally I'm OK, so long as I don't buy things, I eat mostly alright, I just need to eat less and definitely to drink less alcohol...

Chocolate!!! its my worst - but cos I am wierd I always diet best when the house is full of it! I get into a general panic if I have none in the flat - but find if I have loads around I feel slightly grossed out by it and don't feel so tempted!

Chocolate and crisps ..... that's my downfall .....
Bacon though - With Slimming World, on a red day, you can eat as much lean bacon as you like! I'm a major carnivore and love doing red days ....... but you still can't eat loads of chocolate!

CHIPS! Definitely definitely CHIPS! I just love 'em and they always cheer me up.
I am SO not looking forward to the weigh-in tomorrow as I ended up at the chinese tonight for chips and curry sauce AFTER I'd eaten a Creme Egg
I'll be okay when Bob gets back but I'm just bored and lonely at the mo and can't be arsed to cook for one.

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.
My biggest downfalls are crisps, chocolate and cakes.
I can't have them in the house otherwise I panic that someone might breakin and steal them, so I have to eat it all as quickly as possible.
Nikki, how long have you been doing slimming world, how are you finding it?
I'm on my second time around with it and find after a few weeks I'm totally bored with either a plateful of meat or a plateful of spuds - I want to have them both in large quantaties!
