You're fascinating me already - I've tried all these plans!!! What's the majority on??
For the record with me:
The Slim-Fast Plan: tried it when I was 20, lost 5 stone, but found it very hard to return to normal.
Weight Watchers: tried it a few years ago, lost two stone, but was tempted too much when I calculated that for 20 points, you could have 5 pints of lager and a bag of chips every day......
Slimming world: LOVED this. Lost 1 stone, ate loads. But it's boring after a while.......
Now need to lose approx one stone (notice I always put the weight back on - otherwise I'd weigh 2 stone by now!) - will probably try Slimming World again. Never go to the meetings, just go once to get the stuff them do it myself!!!!
Fess up - let's see who the majority are with!!!
