Even though I've been bad on the choccie and chips front this week, I'm back onto my 1 litre or more of water.

Why is it always so hard to get back into it when you've been on holiday? Especially an all-inclusive one!

I'll have a mooch at home tonight as I have a sheet on why water is so good for you and how it helps you to lose weight!

Think of the extra exercise walking to the loos and back!

Is it just me or do you find yourself using the same cubicle each time?

How funny! I am forcing a large glass of water down, whilst I type this! we are all going to have glowing skin soon!

Either that of we will all suffer from water intoxification!

HI!

I've taken over a cubicle! I've put my make up bag, tooth-brush and suit holder in there!! hehe

I didn't realise until yesterday that water can help with weight loss as well as being good for your health!

(off to the ladies!)

apparently it's very easy to confuse feelings of hunger and thirst so if you havce a drink when you feel hungry you might not anymore!! Also, although it's ojnly water, you've got something inside more of the time so you're less likely to be ravenous!! Rwhich is my problem, I get so hungry that my eyes are bigger than my belly and I end up stuffed rather than just pootling along eating healthy snacks and never stuffing my face like that!!

Default toilet break

I swear they are going to take money off my wages because I spend half the day in the toilet! Either that or think I've got some covert drug habit. Little do they know that I am an addict....mostly Go Ahead Caramelini biccies (ohhhhhhhhhh) - its awful - they are really lovely, and because they are lower fat, you think you are perfectly justified in eating 3 at once...

Water ROCKS!! Still waiting to see if my skin improves any - a bit of a disaster zone at the moment...

I know I'll sound like I'm a preachy old mare today as I've said something like this in another thread, but.....do you realise what artificial sweeteners/colours/flavours even in fizzy water could be doing to your insides? Think I'll stick to the plain stuff!

I'm starting my campaign to promote butter over margarine next....you know it makes sense - just eat less of it!

nope, in fact i probably went to the loo less than usual!

Although i must have lost at least a 1/4 of a stone through "water loss"

Good thing is i have drank slightly less water today although not by much, at least it's definatly flushing out my system in prep for starting my heath regime next monday!

10 litres a day! not to scare you laurali but THERE is a thing called Water Intoxification (poisioning) and with that amount you run a real risk of getting it!

I am not sure of the ins and outs of it - but I do know that one of the symptons is dizziness and distorted vision and I do know that 10 litres is too much to drink and eventually will make you ill.

Hope you don't think I am scaremongering but that did worry me.

2-3 litres is fine.

WARNING! Don't go OTT on the water!! Many people that die from drugs like Ecstasy don't die from the drug itself but the constant need to keep drinking water which in turn can end up flooding the brain. (Or so I've heard anyway!)

just to reassure you i am perfectly fine and am now drinking only about 2 litres a day (like normal). I don't know what caused it but i wa just really thirsty all that day i just put it down to one of those weird unexplainable mood thingies.

you can all relax now though ok i'm being good!
