Meeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! I have !!!!!!!!!!
Furst time in weeks - I was greeted with 'Oh, are you on part time membership or what??' by one of my friends....
But the good news is, I can still do Bodypump (albiet with reduced weights), I can still do 12 pressups (used to be able to do 25 but hey!) and I can still do "The Plank"!!!
I feel so good that I'm going again tomorrow - and I might even go to Combat class too!!!!!!

Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.

That counts .... in the Weight Watchers booklet it says you wear off quite a few points doing that!
Surprisingly, I haven't got the figure of Geri Halliwell yet - surely from midday to now is enough time for fantastic muscle tone to have developed?????????

I haven't exercised in ... weeks... months...
if at least you'd said put your hand up if you did NOT exercise...that could have counted for exercised for me? LOL
i have done some areobics and did some serious shopping surley that counts as not having a car wandered for hrs with lots of heavy bags it certainly felt like i had done a workout when i got home
