Default How long does it take?

Hiya!

How long do you reckon it should take before you start noticing any difference after dieting/cutting down?

That's probably just a "how long is a piece of string" question, but I need to know!

thanks.

Give it at least 4 weeks I reckon if you have changed your diet and are exercising more. It may not even be visual at first but you will feel more energetic and won't get so knackered trudging up the stairs.

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

But it's worth it when you suddenly realise your clothes are slacker and you feel better - and your skin clears up from all the detox!

I bagged up all my size 16 clothes today cos I'm determined not to ever need them again - I kept some of the 14s though, just in case! Now THAT is a good feeling!

I started to notice the weight loss about 4 weeks after I started like the rest of you. But the best thing was that I started to notice other benefits much sooner. The combination of healthy eating and more excercise meant that I felt much healthier and full of energy after just a week. I found I slept much better at night too. It was this newfound energy that kept me going till I could see the inch loss benefit too

Just realised I've got my first star!

Hi!

Still no difference....

Tennis & yoga tonight. Gym tomorrow, body sculpt Thurs, Body conditioning friday, body sculp and body combat Sat, and rest/hospital on sunday.

Something's got to start shifting soon!
