I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

I started to notice the weight loss about 4 weeks after I started like the rest of you. But the best thing was that I started to notice other benefits much sooner. The combination of healthy eating and more excercise meant that I felt much healthier and full of energy after just a week. I found I slept much better at night too. It was this newfound energy that kept me going till I could see the inch loss benefit too
