Agghghgghghrr!!! Pain!!!!!!
And so the 'I exercised' gloating ends in pain and horror as I go into a state of collapse. Leapt up today and rushed to the gym to do (as promised previously) BodyPump and a Combat class........ oh so smug, so pleased with myself........
I can't move properly!!!!!! It's painful bending down to pick things up!!!!!! My bottom muscles hurt!!!!!!!! Ooooooowwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just thought I'd share that with you all .... off to my mum's for three days tomorrow so expect me to weigh in on Friday at 52 stone.....

I want my teddy"
I'm sharing that pain, Nikki! I went to a body sculpt class last night and power walked there and back (felt stupid but noone will be laughing when i have a beautiful behind etc!!)
Its getting better though. Has anyone else started to notice the pain lessoning? I guess that means its time for bigger weights!! ono!!
Also, does anyone know how to do sit-ups without killing your neck? I have to give up part way through becasue of the pain in my neck not my stomach.
I have done no real exercise this week however i have decorated my living room on my own may i add, as H2B is not any good at things like that and gets the paint everywhere.......the amount of time i have went up and down the ladders must account for some sort exercise...i hope!!
We need to get help in a Chris Moyles/Radio 1 stylie...I wonder if Bev knows any personal trainers who can offer professional help so we don't all end up killing ourselves?
OH, and by the way - add my name to the list!!
