Looking at my old WW books (they do update them periodically), at 10st, you are allowed 20 points per day. Although for your height you could probably go for 22 points and still lose a fair amount of weight.
How many muffins a day does that work out to??????
I'm 5ft 2ins and under 10 st, so I generally try (TRY being the word - succeed doesn't often accompany it) to stick to 18 points a day which is the minimum daily allowance.
Sorry for the delay - had to go and re-check what weight you were.
When I started WW I was 10st 10lbs and I was eating 20 points per day.
If you're taller than me (see above post) you could probably also manage 22 points a day and lose weight.
I really liked WW - have put on about 4lbs since I left (last July) but have really pigged out and not been very strict with myself so I don't think that's too bad.
Tried Slimming World for a couple of weeks, but found it very complicated and as i'm not the worlds biggest fan of pasta, potatoes etc, so my diet was limited to red days (lots of meat) and I felt a bit nausous with it.

Brekkie
2 x slices of medium brown bread toast + low fat spread and a cup of tea (with milk) = approx 4 1/2 points
or
60g Cornflakes/Special K - most cereals with half a pint of semi skimmed milk spread between your cereal and tea = 5 points
Lunch
Most Tesco low fat sandwiches are under 6 points
Muller Light Yoghurt (chocolate flavour - yum) = 1 1/2 points
Apple = 1/2 point
Dinner
Chicken breast - no skin with = 2 1/2 (actually, was it you that doesn't eat meat - must check quorn pointage) as much broccolli/carrots/asparagus/ pretty any veg you like and as much as you like (aside from potty's which are 1/2 point each)
You're absolutely nowhere near your points total so you could also have one of those lovely muffins and still allow yourself a couple of gin and slimline tonics at 1 point each. Bargain.
What do you think???
Have to say hon, if that's all you've eaten so far, you might not be eating enough (although i'm no dietician).
i dont eat a lot though since i had my accident i was eating any food that could be 'binged' in the micro as i couldnt stand long, and as i was unmobile the weight just piled on.
