Talking Mella's plan update....

Hi everyone
Update on how my plan is going so far.....
Swam on Thursday / Saturday / Today and attended Yoga last night !!!!! how impressive am I ????
cant get to class till next monday so will do ex vid tommorow.

sooooo pleased with myself its nauseating and teh only thing that is spurring me on atthe mo is the fact that I have to tell you lot.

How is everyone else doing????

cool i went for 30 mins on my bike yesterday and same today also spring cleaned my room and moved it around and did a tons of washing and changed my curtains. cleaning is supposed to be good excersize

Hello,

Well done!

I've not been as good as I hoped, but the week's not over yet. Don't think I've lost any weight though. My legs are starting to feel a bit more solid though and that's what my main aim is - to tone up.

Saturday was my best day because I played tennis and went cycling all over the place.

I went to body conditioning on Monday night and power walked there and back.

But I didn't make it to yoga last night and won't be able to go to the gym this evening because I've got to meet a friend in town.

But I'm back to work tomorrow night with body sculpt and LBT on Friday night.

I know what you mean about this forum helping - its great to have encouragement and I'm really enjoying myself.

Oh dear i have been so bad...i have only done 30 mins on my bike and then walked for 25 mins monday! will try to do 45 mins on my bike tonight and not eat crisps at the pub.... have been eating salad every day though.

I am in the middle of a monetary crisis (caused by the wedding!) so can not afford public transport to work this week. So I am doing 30 mins on the bike each way. I feel great for it, and it is only Tuesday!! Hopefully this will be the start of a great new fit me

Luckily, there is not much in the way of appetizing food in the canteen, so I am sticking to salads and fruit at work. The problem is resisting temptation when I get home!

I've been good this week too!

Bought myself some of those strap on weights, been using them loads - also doing stomach crunches

Had a low fat yoghurt for brekkie each day and pasta, or salad for tea.

H2B thinks I've been possessed!
