You can have a free trial, after the free trial you have to pay but (if you want to be really sneaky) you can just reregister for another free trail using a different name and then you can continue using it for free!!

I gave it a go and found it to be really useful - there is a section on low cal recipes and even better you can keep a record of how many calories you consume in a day. They have a list of virtually all food types and makes and will tell you how many calories they are - anything from Cheese and Onion Walkers crisps to Banoffee Pie (God I love that
