Friday weigh-in 12th April 2002
I'm sure this sounds quite bad as I'm still just above my starting weight at 10st but a couple of days ago I was 10st6 so think I did quite well in the end.
Have to confess to having done hardly anything considered as exercise as have been busy job-hunting and making my wedding stationery.
Well there's always next week!

Starting weight, 77kg - weight now, 75!!!!!!! WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
That speedwalking trying to get into work in time, and getting back for the train home must be paying off!
Another 5 to go before I reassess my situation..Hmmmmmm

I have lost 3 lbs this week, but this is my first week. I was really naughty last night H2B took me for a meal and i had large portion of desert as well as a fried starter...........but it was yummy!
I am going on Thursday for my first visit to the gym so i am sort of looking forward to that

i have lost 1lb so i am now 10st 4lbs going to the gym tonight to rejoin.
not done any excercise this week as i have had a stinking head cold and feel poo!

Have been very bad so feeling very lucky to have actually lost!!!
Going out tomorrow for a bit of a beer fest too.

I have been so very bad since H2B has been back
(ice cream -double portions- and followed by chocolates EVERY EVENINGS....)
Oh it doesn't feel good: I think am bigger than when I did my first fitting for the dress

Oh dear..... I've gained!!!!!! Was 9st 7.5lb, now 9st 9lb.
No idea how this has happened since have been to the gym regularly and although not dieting strictly, have had no major pig outs.
Trying to think whether myh period is due or something - I actullay look and feel thinner but the scales do not lie!!!!
Feeling vaguely suicidal now - hoping for better results next week. Will be strict with myself from now on......

HI!
After all my exercise and starvation, I'm still 10 stone exactly!!! Its not fair!!
I've done sooo much exercise in the last week and have probably halved my food intake!!
Mind you I wasn't aiming to loose weight, but I thought I ought to have done.
I'm going to eat a big fat quadruple choc muffin to drown/suffocate my sorrows.

I have tried really hard this week. I have taken up cycling and done an hour a day going to and from work. I have also done an excerise video at home 4 times this week. I have watched what I have been eating, and not snacked at all. So I was soooooo disappointed when I weighed myself this week to find that I am exactly the same as I was last week

I've lost 4lbs this week! That makes a total of 12lbs since I started 3 weeks ago!!! I haven't got round to excercising....I have to be very careful what I do as I have severe arthritis in my spine, think I may go swimming with my daughter for company as they do a ladies only night (thats if they think i'm a lady and let me in!)
