all

just to let you all know i joined our local slimming world class last monday as reality is setting in now and i need some help to loose 1 - 1 1/2 stone before june

so my weigh-in will be on monday night with you lot.

byeeeeeeeee for now

oh forgot to mention i nearly had a heart attack as i was 13st

(i was only 12.5 on my house scales !!

I am going down to the gym in a moment to join i think that i may pay a yearly fee to try to encourage me to go for a year ...

good on you cupid, ive started to go to badminton every wednesday after work with all the girls in work and its great. every little helps eh

Oooh, I LOVE slimming world!!! It stops you feeling hungry cos you can eat quite a lot! I always do the SW diet, even though I don't go to the classes......

Good luck for your next weigh in - and ignore the different weights you weighed in at home - just as long as the LOSS is the same on both!!!

Me and h2B are both doing Slimming World (diet only, no classes).

I found though that at first Ijust ate the same stuff all the time and got really bored. Try and vary what you eat as much as poss.

Having said that, I'm having a mackerel in tomato sauce fettish at the mo - can't eat enough of it - strange but sin free on a red day!

Claire, just wondering but do you weight yourself naked at home (i do) because clothes weight several pounds. I did a slimming club for a bit but found that when jeans weigh about 3 lbs that the'weight loss' wasn't very consistant.

Good on you Claire...I did Slimming World once and liked it and lost weight. I can't get out really to go to a class so am just sticking to my guns at home and doing okay for the moment....I need to lose another 3 stone I reckon and it's going to get harder!! Stick with it and you know where we are for some support.

i used to weigh in just a thin nighty,but ive decided not to bother in the house now and just go off the weighing scales at the slimming world class,i used to weigh on a sunday in the house and the classes are a monday night so im sure i can last 1 more day without weighing!! and as for jeans ! huh i wish ,but i cant fit into those yet!!

so just wear jogging bottoms and a t shirt.

hi guys

for all those that have joined slimming world - please stick at it... i have been doing it for about eight months and have lost 2 stone... i lost 3 pounds last night...!

keep going claire and others..... and eat lots of super slimming foods like strawberries (yummy!) and celery (not so yummy!) - you would be surprised how much weight you can lose by adding them into your diet!

i totally agree ive only been doing it for a week and am totally motivated on it and lost 3lbs this wk when i went last night i was well impressed as for the srawberries mmmmmmm yummy celery YUCK!!!!!

I still love Slimming World - although I combine it with 'how many weight watchers points have I had?' since I know both plans inside out....

I'm back on SW this week and it usually works really well. I think there's something wrong with me cos it's not working but I think that's me, not the plan!!!

other yummy super slimming foods are:

Melon, grapefruit and pineapple as far as i know!

and eating less bread!

does anyone else have more ideas?
