I just want to thank all of you (esp Mella) for motivating me to get up off my backside and do some excercise, evrytime i logg on and look at the posts on here i fell guilty..........................so i am off to join a gym today which is something i should have done ages ago but didn't have the confidence so a big thankyou to you all for moyivating me and giving me the confidence to do it.

When are you going along next? I love holmes place. they're usually very posh!! No wonder you're excited about going.

Are you going to join in with the exercise classes or are you just gyming it?

I alwasy feel self-conscious in the gym but not so bad in the aerobics classes etc. (cos i hide at the back!!)

Anyhow, let us know how you're getting on. I'm really pleased you're so happy about it!!

My club doesn't have classes so i have to got the Gym. I go in the mornings and it is really quiet at that time.

All the classes are including in my subscribtion so iwas think that i probably would go to some , my start with the aquaarobics and work up. Therea re too gyms a huge one which i didn't like and a much smaller ladies gym and as i work nights i will be there when its quiet anyway but am definatly staying away from the multisex gym much too intimadating i thought
