Hello, first time I've posted anything on this forum. I've spent most of my time in the Wedding Chit chat forum, but now I've sat and read all of your postings I think I need to "belong" here!!

Just a little bit about my weight history: Lowest I've ever been is 9 1/2 stone when I was 21 (now 27!) Meet h2b 2 years 1 month ago when I was 11 stone. Put on lots of weight due to happiness (poor excuse I know!!). Went to my doctor (2 months ago)he referred me to the weight management clininc where I weighed in at 92kilos (they measure in this way for some unknown reason I think it's 14st 4lbs), i'm on a low fat eating regime (not allowed to use the word diet!) I only eat foods that have 3g of fat or less per 100g. I was referred to my local gym and wieghed in on tuesday at 87kilos (13st 6lbs). I'm getting weighed again next tuesday so I'll keep you updated.

I think I've been all your various weights at some point so I know exactly how you feel!!! Sounds like you're really determined and someone who can be proud of themself - keep it up!!

Hi sam!

Glad you made it over here! Did you read nikki's post about Body Sculpt/pump?

Have you tried it? If not I reckon you should. It will help with your dress, I'm sure.

I've been going properly for about two weeks now and I can see my arms etc getting firmer and slimmer already.

Be warned - it is a killer though. I'm in pain from saturday still!!
