Went to t he Gym this morning and did the first day of my new programme ( from Zest Magazine) and i am not hurting - should have stretched more i guess!!

Will do some weights tomorrow and then back to the walk/run on Wednesday..

gym doesn't offer classes so i can't got a combat class like Mella & Nikki will have to stick to running...

Running is very good for you - but watch your knees!!!

Thank you - it is meant to be a good fat burner which is what i need. i think that i have some muscle hidden underneath it's duvet of fat !! ha ha

Well done, gal! You're off to a great start! I bet getting up early to go to the gym will help loads too!

I normally go after work. But on saturday I went to a class in the morning and I had soo much more energy to put into it (only to have it wiped out again of course!!)

Let us know how you get on and don't forget to sing while you're running cos it keeps you happy!

i'vbe bought zest tonight which programme are you doing cupid well done too, you are all so good for motivation we are going all going to be the fittest brides i wonder if our h2b know how much hard work we are putting in
