Angry Hmph!! That wasn't much fun.

Well, I just played, if I can call it that, an hour of badminton with Bob. It was totally humiliating and I could not even attempt to describe it as fun as I got well and truly whooped.

I can't believe how unfit I've become just for having a month free of proper exercise (except for a jog, light swimming and a cycle ride on holiday last month)!! At least I know to only go to Step tomorrow evening now tho and not even try to do the aerobics class immediately before it like I was doing before my holiday.

Why does exercise have to be so demoralising sometimes? :confused:

I'm just about still talking to him even if my back is completely buggered as a result of bending over to pick the shuttlecock up every 2 minutes.

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

Talking

I have a suggestion

Make him bend over to pick the shuttlecock up

Then kick him on the bum!!

May be a morale booster and Definitely worth a giggle

Sorry, I can be wicked sometimes

LOL
