I feel like poo - i have put on 2lbs and my jumpers feel so tight and i have PMT and i feel miserable....

I hopefully have a half day tomorrow so i am going to go to the gym and do a hours workout and go back onto WW properley on Sunday.

2lbs before you come on is completely normal - happens to me every month!

I'm sure you don't look the least bit fat - give it a couple of days hon.

Cupid...same here I put on 3lbs this week, am so pre-mentrual its not true (ask the stupid driver who pulled out in front of me on a roundabout!!!)
Don't worry, it will all settle down (she says trying to convince herself)

I can't be happy

Just had a phone call from my aunt in Australia...her son, my cousin, who is 35 and has been battling lung cancer since before Xmas has taken a turn for the worse. The cancer has spread to his throat

He is married with a little boy, its so very sad.

You're not having a very good time of it lately. I'm really sorry to hear your news. Surely things can only get better soon, though?!?

okay - all apart from laura have to cheer up! Glad you're a bit happier, Cupid. Any ideas of what kind of dress you want?

of course you can be cheerful. In fact you could put everyone to shame by being really happy if you fancy it....

What's gone wrong with your invites? are you making them yourself? If so you're a loon - but a brave one.

Mel I am making the cards myself....didnt like the 1st attempt of a proper card so decided to go for a postcard.....its got a fluted border then a celtic border printed with the wording inside that in a calligraphy type font.....the decoration on it matches my tables with purple (various sized) hearts and little irredescent doves stuck on....I cant decide if they look really tacky

Oops i was gonna be happy! See, you did that!!!!!!!

Hi Mel.....I've made one up to see what it looks like...still not sure! (talk about indecisive bride to be!) H2B thinks they look fine.....but what do men know!!!
