Whatever happens we shouldn't let this forum become a do or die thing.
It is just a little booster for those of us who would like to lose a few pounds and need a little motivation.
There will always be weeks when you're really good, eating healthily and going to the gym, but when you get on the scales they still laugh at you, but we'll all get there in the end.
Perseverence my dieting chums - and not taking it tooo seriously will get us there.
