Janey - your theory that biscuits don't count if you stand up.....
Can I add my own tips to this??
1) Broken biscuits do not count because the calories have fallen out of them.
2) Food taken from another person's plate does not count - it is THEIR calorie intake, not yours. Never let anyone eat your chips; you will get the calories from them.
3) Food matching in colour has the same calorie count - eg, boiled mushrooms and mashed potato with butter and milk are both vaguely white, therefore they have the same calorie content.
