New week - new start! - Wedding Forum

I have been to the gym this morning and am re-starting WW today too. I am going to be positive this week and loose some weight!

May weigh in on a monday from now on and post weight first thing monday..

Thanks Cupid - I need a bit of encouragement right now because i have not been having an easy time of it losing weight (3 weeks and not a single pound lost yet

).

You are right - a fresh positive outlook is needed this week!

Well done Cupid! Hope the week goes well for you and all the others...

I dont feel too good right now though. I just want to go home but have to hang around to go to the hygienist at 4pm.

Which means, I'm probably not going to go to my class because I feel so rough.

Not a good start to the week.

Mella i hope you are feeling better soon and catherine you will get there in the end its nit fair is it it is soi easy to put weight on but so hard to loose it , but stick with it we are all here to help each other so call if you need us

Well said, that woman!!! A new start for all of us it is - last week was dreadful wasn't it???

I'm off to Step as soon as I've phoned some estate agents, solicitors and building societies and shouted at them!!!

My new start started on Sunday when I went to the Gym (and paid for it yesterday ) but it kind of ended yesterday as I went to London (first class) and ate all day...

Will be good today though and will go to the gym tomorrow, I promise!! Another early start.

It is Gym day for me tomorrow too! I have been good so far this week - i know i know only day 2 !! i will suceed.
