thought I'd got away with that.
I have been swimming though and the pool is lovely it is purified with ozone rather than chloride but the want me tto wait till i have my induction before using the gym and that is on friday i promise i will let you all know how i get on that is if it dosen't kil me

is it a big pool or a nice size that is enough to feel it but not to kill you??

its only 20m but its fine when i use to swim proberly all my training was in olympic size pools so it feels small compared tp that but you do enough lenghts of free style and you feel it
