Now Mella, you KNOW how to behave on a diet - you're the one who's kept me on the straight and narrow........
Cut down on bread, potatoes etc for a couple of weeks, live on protein and veg with just a few carbs thrown in - it's drastic and you can't do it for long but it's unbeleivably effective.
I wouldn't normally recommmmend crash dieting but if you're in a hurry.........
