Think im failing in the diet stakes, was on a strict diet but now im just slowly well speedily slipping further and further. im not hungry but i dont seem to be losing any weight ive been using phils bike still not got mine fixed.

im quitting my gym cause im not happy with their service. but im goin to have to do something till i can find another.

help me

i feel fat and miserable

i felt like that last week - I had a really bad diet week and gained 2lbs. When i get like this all i do is finsish the day eating what i want and then i get up the next day and start afresh.

I know it is easier said than done but please don't give up keep fighting Stace! it will all be worth it when you look stunning on your WD!!

Don't lose it, Stace, you've been so good...... I often lose it, and now look at me, kicking myself because I have weight to lose, yet again!!!!!

Keep up the good work!!! Do ANYTHING rather than sit around - even floor exercises. When you exercise, you forget about food......

Fight it stace i know how horrible all this is and it seems to take so long for any effects to show but be strong we need you and we believe in you to get there and be an abbsolutley stunning bride which you would have been anyway but with all this extra work u will appreciate it more be strong we will beat this
