Hey fellow dieters,
We're getting closer and closer to weigh-day; have we done well this week?? I deliberately haven;t got on the scales cos I got on them twice a day last week and nearly gave myself a breakdown.....
(Oh God, that Kinder ad is on, where the bar talks sexily to the bloke in the newsagent. I so know how he feels!)
So have we been good?? I've pigged out at weekend but have been angelic starting Sunday, and have been to exercise classes five days on the trot. And if I haven't lost weight, I shall fall on my sword in shame.
