Utterly gutted.
Hello. As just posted in the weigh in, i have lost half a pound this week.
In order to lose this fantastic half pound, I have eaten like an angel, all fruit and veg and lean food, litres of water etc. I have visited the gym five days out of seven, and on two of those days I did two classes. I did a good variety of cardio and toning work. I have gone to bed hungry every night.
Sometimes I wonder why I bother dieting at all.
I'm desperately looking for an answer here. My period started yesterday. Now, I know you retain water BEFORE your period but do you weight heavier ON it as well??
If it's not that, I don't know what it is. I am a really good dieter. I always lose weight - usually about five or six pounds in the first two weeks. But not this time.
