Nikki you're doing fab! I tried SW and lost 7lb the first week followed by 4lb then 2lb.....that was it. I didn't go back as I hated the meetings although I found the diet easy to follow. I'm going to look into 'Scottish Slimmers' as I've heard they are good too. I have to get myself over the meeting thing first!

This week I have lost 2lb, making a total of 13.5 lb. If onyl I'd got the other half, I'd have got a sticker!!!

I do now, didn't for the first half stone or so. Am still fat though - got another two stone to lose after this one!
