Weight Watchers

Had a long chat with Ian & we have decided that I can go back to WW after all, even though it costs money!!
Registration is free at the moment with a voucher & they now do a monthly pass which is £17.95 a month (dd), but you can go to unlimited meetings & it works out only about £4.20 a week whereas if you pay weekly it is now £5.50 so that is a good saving in itself & plus you can access all the facilites online.
From Monday when J goes back to pre-school I will be doing water aerobics once a week & then going to start power walking with & without J & doing some cycling too!
