Karen - I just have quick food, nothing fancy. A home made spag bol or some other pasta dish with chicken. Nothing that takes more than about 10 mins to prepare (I don't include cooking time in that but what I do tends to cook itself with the odd stir). If there's anything particular you fancy let me know and I'll look on the WW website for recipes for you.
Claire - you only have 10lbs to go before you're back to your pre-pregnancy weight, my eyes have gone green with envy! Well done for achieving that without even trying! Do try to eat though, you need your energy. I've still got aobut a stone and a half to shift I think. Nice.
