Default dreading tomorrow!
Hi all!

Got my next weigh in tomorrow & am absolutely dreading it as so far this week, I have had the week from hell so this is likely to top it all!

Ian & I have been away for the weekend & even tho I haven't eaten excessively bad or lots of it but I know that I have put on loads! You know when you just know in your heart!

I just feel so sluggish again & so am tempted to take a load of laxitives tp clear everything out!!

Sorry to bore you all, but I just needed to let it all out somewhere,as feeling extremely low at the mo.

Feel for you Ness but laxatives are probably not the best idea - just eat loads of veg and let your body clear out naturally.

If it's any consolation we go to Cyprus this weekend and i've just been at a conference for a week eating all manner of crap.

I feel sluggish and I look like a whale!

Lovely for everyone else on the beach when I waddle out in my bikini i'm sure!

Put 1lb on, so wasn't as bad as i first feared!
Didn't take any laxitives & i actually felt a lot happier this morning, must have been the company last night!s

I do feel alot more motivated again tho & Jake even said i looked pretty this morning, so that made me feel better!
